There’s a brilliant comprehensive monograph of Scott Kings work out in a few weeks. With text by Jon Savage and over 200 colour images, this is a great introduction to Kings work. Essential reading for anyone interested in the crossovers between art and commercial graphics that this work balances so brilliantly.

Also available is our Postcard Box set including 24 postcards of Kings work. If you’ve not heard of it before, ‘Petcha Kutcha’ is a type of presentation that started and became very popular in Japan. The speaker chooses 20 images and speaks about each one for 20 seconds. It can be about anything, but the format makes for some interesting - and funny in this case - talks.

Here’s Kevin Cummins talking about his Joy Division...

Here’s Kevin Cummins talking about his Joy Division images, in a film made by Chris Hindle for the Manchester District Music Archive… Our new Joy Division postcard box set features the includes 20 of the images mentioned here…

The Deutsche Guggenheim and other new places to find Polite...

The Deutsche Guggenheim and other new places to find Polite products…
